Brew City Opera is holding open auditions for an exciting new production of Pagliacci, directed by Doug Clemons and music directed by Ruben Piirainen. Reimagined in the world of today’s Milwaukee theatre community, this intimate production seeks to honor the beauty, vulnerability, conflict and passion, at the core of Leoncavallo’s rapturous score.
This production will be performed in English with some of the original Italian
General company auditions are also being heard
Seeking:
All roles. This production also features a condensed ensemble of actor-singers. Ensemble members will be considered for understudy opportunities. All voice types and levels of operatic-experience are welcome to audition.

2 arias (1 English and 1 Italian recommended but all languages will be heard)
